Customer had complaints of a leak from the attic, what I found was a 3/4†cpvc 90 had a pinhole and it was misting into the attic. First American covered the repair. At the same time, we discovered the shut off valve to the water heater would not completely shut off, we decided to replace both shut off valves. I replaced the tee leading the cold water to both shut offs, both shut off valves and one supply line on the cold inlet for the left side water heater. After testing the system, we found no other issues at this time.
