I was pleased to meet your tech and have him diagnose in about 5 minutes our problem. Although it was difficult to fix. He thought he may be able to pick off some wires that were nearly inside the wall, instead of running an entire new cable. He saved me about 5-600 dollars.
They came and did fall maintenance on my system. Overall everything was good.
