Josh was everything you'd hope for in a technician - on time, thoughtful, clear in explanations, and kind and courteous while in my home. He provided a full review of the new system and went above and beyond to show me how each part worked and what they'd done during install. It makes the inconvenience of needing a new furnace in Winter much more enjoyable. So pleased to have heat and feel confident about my new system!
