It took 3 tries to get the outdoor unit to my house. The first unit was obviously badly damaged. The second unit was only an AC unit not a heat pump. The third try was correct. The guys installing the unit were top notch. I did appreciate the fact that Drake made sure the install was completed before I had to leave town on business.
