I requested that Chris inspect furnace, I feel like the same person can over the long haul be more familiar with the system and the customer! He and the man with him were on time, did a thorough job, analyzed a problem with my humidifier and gave me a quote to repair it which was reasonable and i will have that done in the near future (after tax season) it is the first time since the furnace was installed by another company that it is truly clean.
