A family owned and run business for three generations, the Durhams seem to be heavily invested in maintaining a devoted base of customers through trustworthy, highly competent, and friendly service and reliable products. Their annual Preferred Customer Service Agreement is an excellent deal. We are contacted twice annually to schedule preventative maintenance, and we benefited from an unscheduled emergency visit that was covered by the agreement. The original HVAC system that Durham designed and installed years ago has kept our monthly electric bills very low (averaging well under $90 monthly for a 4-bedroom house), although the shade of oak trees and lots of insulation do help.
