I contacted Durham at 9:00 AM about no heat in our house and was told that a service technician would be there between 1:00 & 4:00 PM. Greg arrived @ 1:15 immediately determined the problem and fixed it very quickly. We are new customers with Durham and are very pleased with their fast response and courteous service.
