Our need for service occurred on a weekend - of course - and we were very pleased to talk to a person named Lori at Eagle when we called on Sunday to simply leave a voice mail expecting action first thing Monday. Instead we had a technician at the house first thing Monday to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately it was the failure of an uncommon part that needed to be ordered from the east coast. UPS lost the “next day air” package on arrival in Seattle for 48 hours. Alysha stayed on top of it with the supplier and UPS and kept Us well informed. Communication was excellent and responsive as we got increasingly anxious. The part was finally delivered on Friday afternoon and they had a technician at our house to install and get us back up and running an hour later.
