Problem Solved

We were having some issues with our heating system. Much to hot and it seemed as the thermostat was not working. Rich was dispatched to help us. We were in constant contact via email for the appointment and then via cell phone for safety in our current situation. He had his work cut out for him and corrected the issue. We can’t be any happier with his service and attention to detail. Thanks Rich for a job well done!

Outstanding Service

I just want to take the time to commend Kris on a job well done. We were having issues with our heating for a little bit of time. We made the call and Kris was sent to resolve our problems. Currently with the virus situation we decided that our mutual safety was foremost. We made proper safety precautions and only had contact via cell phone. Kris troubleshot the issue and made corrective actions. Problem solved in a timely manner and explained the issue. We cannot say enough about Kris and the ECI Team! Thank you very much!

Fast, Reliable, Neat & Professional

Had a mixing valve go bad on my indirect hot water system. For those of you with families and kids, no hot water is a problem. Contacted ECI after hours and scheduled service. ECI tech arrived early to the appointment (within agreed upon timeframe) and confirmed problem. Quickly installed new valve, reviewed operation, and repair cost was great. Very tidy work. A+++

It was time for my Mitsubishi ductless-split air handler tune up. James came before his scheduled window of arrival and immediately went to work. Servicing my unit is no easy matter. The area in which it is located is extremely small. He flushed the condenser with our hose and returned it to its spot. The only suggestion I have is regarding the filters. Maybe carrying an extra of those you will be using for the day would be helpful. James said he did not have my size on his truck. Thankfully, I had one or the job would have had to be prolonged because he would have had to return. This was the second year of my service agreement so I can't rate the cost.

A-1 Service

Carl came at the top of the hour for his window of arrival and he was cheerful and upbeat. In 2016, I had central air installed in my 2nd floor and he was there to service my unit with its first tune-up. I think I may have asked more than the usual number of questions, but that was because he was approachable and never made me feel I was asking too many or that were stupid. He offered suggestions of how I could maintain my unit to be more efficient and also gave advice on other products that could make my heating system more cost and fuel efficient. In addition, after my daughter told him about a problem we're having with an old 1st floor through-the-wall air conditioner, he explained what was happening and how a ductless wall unit tied in with the 2nd floor central air would probably work better. I can't rate the cost/pricing of this service because this call was part of my 2-year service agreement. But I can say I wish all service/repairmen were like Carl, very knowledgeable, easy and pleasant to work with.

Terrible reliability of oil refills on service plan, nice technician.

I have been a customer for years, and I'm not sure why. This is probably the 6th or 7th time they have let our heating oil run completely out. The service man was nice and efficient. I need to be clear that it was not my experiences with the service technician that I am basing my below ratings. They are based on my dissatisfaction with their horrible oil refills or lack thereof.
