James was excellent! Not only is he a professional, knowledgeable and pleasant HVAC tech, he also handled our scheduling problem. He explained everything that he was doing, answered all my questions, and did a thorough cleaning of the inside and outside units. He was also very neat in servicing the inside units. In my opinion, James is a model employee and you are lucky to have him!
