Clean install, we asked them to raise a piece of equipment off the ground AFTER the unit was installed; installer said "no problem" and looks great. The wiring was incorrect the first night and the heater ran all night long but ECI was out the next morning to resolve the problem. The a/c unit stated on our estimate was a SEER 16 but after install the sticker on the unit said it was a SEER 14. This was due to the type of blower we had installed with the compressor. We discussed the discrepancy with the sales team and came to an agreeable solution. But watch it when buy ANY A/C unit -- THIS IS PERVASIVE THROUGHOUT THE INDUSTRY --- ASK - "WHAT IS THE SEER RATING GOING TO BE AFTER THE UNIT IS INSTALLED"!!!!!
