I called ECI at 8AM ; regarding our AC system that was not cooling our house. I was put on hold to check schedule; after 10 seconds I was told a service rep could be at my house between 2 & 4. He arrived shortly after 2 and resolved the problem to my satisfaction. Excellent service!
