We have an older house (built in 1930) which was obviously not built with central air in mind. We had several companies out to give us quotes for the 1st floor, and 2nd/3rd floors. The 1st floor is rather standard with ducting through the basement, but the 2nd and 3rd floors are much more complicated and had baffled the other companies we had out. Jeremy at ECI was able to come up with a unique solution, which allowed us to make the master suite (bedroom, bathroom and dressing room ~500-600 sqft) a separate zone. There were a few obstacles along the way, which the team was able to resolve. We are very happy with the finished product.
