ECI technicians Frank and James promptly showed up on the job site. They confirmed once again the details of work to be done and started right away. They worked in a very maticulous and detail oriented fashion while providing the customer constant feedback. They were especially neat and took their time to make sure the job was done professionally. They showed curtesy and respect and that was really refreshing. Because they were paying attention to detail, during duct work rearrangement, they noticed that one of the return ducts was not connected and worked extra time to fix that newly discovered problem. I am very satisfied with the entire customer service. Also, I would like to mention that John who came out initially to price out the job, came over on the scheduled day and to make sure that techs and the me were all on the same page. Equipment and supplies was also delivered promptly. The job was finished correctly and on time. Just to stress this again they were aloted less time then they took bc they made sure the gets done correctly fixing things as they came up unexpectedly. Thank you!
