Effective Air, in my experience has always had top-notch customer service. This morning my furnace broke, I spoke with Ken at dispatch (friendly and concerned) and a rep-Kerry (who was friendly and great at what he did), came out to fix it just 4 hour later. Kerry explained everything he was doing and what my repair/replacement options were. Everything was reasonably priced. Great service!
