Justin called before he came and said he was on his way and would be arriving in approx. 15 minutes...and he did. I met him at the door and he introduced himself. I recognized him from the photo on the email I received earlier. (Very nice process...security plus.) He also covered his shoes with protective "booties" as soon as he entered the house. (Again, nice process.) I showed Justin where everything was located and let him do his work. I joined him outside when he was servicing the A/C unit as I was interested in seeing how much cottonwood was clogging the unit. He showed me the inside of the area he was cleaning and showed me how to hose it from the outside to help clean some of the debris without disassembling the outer panels. This will be helpful in between regular maintenance intervals. Justin explained everything he did and was friendly and professional. He asked if we had any questions and we mentioned that our house was very dry during the winter months. He suggested a humidifier and gave us a quote for one. My wife and I enjoyed meeting him. After leaving, he emailed a copy of everything. Nice job.
