AC & furnace checkup went fine. The technician was very good. It was found that a motor starter capacitor was slightly out of spec. Cost to replace it was $270, which I paid. Then I found the part is available from many sources online from $15 to $25. The tech took only 15 minutes to do the replacement. I feel the price was exorbitant.
