Checked heat exchanger for cracks, none found but corrosion is present. Inducer motor pulling proper amount of amps but is noisy. Checked gas valve orphice sand line for leaks found leaks at orphice. Replaced leaking gas valve then rechecked connections with bubbles no more leaks at this time. Showed customer pictures of what the heat exchanger looks like and inducer motor. Also installed two filters, customer supplied. No other issues found at this time but did express concern for possible replacement of inducer motor and heat exchanger in the future.
