The tech inspected and evaluated my system and found all the issues that were problematic. Then he explained everything to me so that I would understand. Then he gave me options from repairing the system to installing a new system which included a comparison of the cost and benefits of each option. The price for the inspection was pretty fair in my opinion. The technician was very friendly, professional and informative. I would definitely give a recommendation to others.
