I had been battling with my home warranty to get a contractor out for my broken AC, I first called in the morning asking about service charges so I could find out prices, Kelsey I believe her name was , was wonderful answering questions and ready to set me up if I needed to for that afternoon(I had to talk it over with the husband). From there it went into early evening and I couldn’t take the humidity and fought all day with my home warranty company....my husband and I decided let’s just call them back, expecting to be sent someone tomorrow at least I knew light was at the end of my tunnel. Phillip answered the phone and got my address, then said he was on the way... just that quick! He came out, explained the problem, answered any questions I had and got us back and running quickly. I was so glad to have someone show me the problem, explain maintenance I can do myself, the cause of why it happened and not only did I have that day service I had that moment service. Everyone on the staff I spoke to was pleasant and caring and ready to help anyway they could! Thank you Phillip and team for taking quick care of my family, if only I went with my gut and called y’all sooner! I will be sure to be recommending them and will use this company from now on! Service is a big deal now and days and this company has it!
