Clean & Check service Tested AC system for office. Inspected inside and outside units. Everything is working well at this time. Tested AC system for first floor. Inspected inside and outside units. Replaced capacitor on AC. Tested AC system for 2nd floor. Inspected inside and outside units. TXV at evaporator coil malfunction. Pressure are not adjusting correctly so system is not keeping up. I will send a quote to replace txv this evening.
