B1 Clean & Check Service Garage furnace Blower motor is leaking oil. It also doesn’t have a filter slot, so it currently doesn’t have a filter. Furnace is working at this time. Basement Furnace Blower wheel has some buildup on blades. Filter slot doesn’t have a good seal and sucking air from basement. The transition box on the Supply side has Come apart and a new one needs to be installed. Also the high voltage and low voltage need to be installed correctly.
Performed maintenance on 90 percent furnace. Cleaned condensate trap of debris as well as flushed lines. Cleared pressure switch hose lines. Checked gas pressure in both stages, both testing within factory range, changed filter upon customer request, checked amp draws of inducer as well as blower, both tested well within range, check blower for debris on wheel, found very little. Igniter and flame sensor both checked within factory range, burners were clear of debris, electrical wiring was secure. Furnace operates well at this time

Replaced smashed ductwork supply run with R8 insulated flex duct, verified proper airflow
Performed basic maintenance on 90 percent furnace, checked blower and inducer for amp draws and both were in factory range, checked filter, checked blower for buildup, blower looked clean and was functional, checked gas pressure which was within factory range, removed condensate trap and cleaned thoroughly. Tested flame sensor and igniter, both tested well, check burners for buildup and found none. System is running well at this time.
Performed heating tuneup, this is first visit on new contract. Serviced accuclean and bypass humidifier. System is functioning properly at this time. Mightyducts or rescueduct for ductcleaning
Duct design is all messed up. Units are mix matches and undersized. Matt is going to come out tomorrow to quote mini splits and redesigning duct.
Humidistat was satisfied at 35%. Customer was complaining about static throughout the house. I increase the setting to 45% humidity and set the thermostat to circulate mode. Found no other issues.

Upon arrival, system was intermittently having combustion vary from first 4 burners to all. When only 4 would ignite, ignition would fail at flame rectification. Gas pressure is within range but there is alot of rust and condensation around gas valve and throughout combustion area. Pulled burners and found corrosion around all burners. Cleaned out to make flame transfer smoother. Cycled system 15x, full combustion occurred across all burners everytime- hesitated on 3rd fire and 12th fire (burner 4to5) but pushed through. If issue occurs again, recommend replacing burner assembly. HSi Is also very close to failure but currently operational. Replaced hsi and purchased membership
B2 Clean & Check Service Cleaned and Tested heating system. The supply trunk above the coil has a lot of growth and it spreading through the duct work. Customer also wants a quote on moving some vents for a remodel.
Customer has had power fluctuations recently, another company came out over the weekend due to blower not operating properly. System was operating properly upon arrival with no faults. Suspect power cycling fixed previous issue. Tested operation in heat pump and auxillary modes. Recommend installing surge protection on outdoor unit and on controlboard leg of incoming for air handler.
Performed maintenance on 90 percent furnace, checked amp pulls of blower and inducer, both within factory specs at time of tune up. Inducer capacitor is also within range, burners are clean and free of debris, removed flame sensor and cleaned, as well as check ignition system, which tested within factory range. Pulled and cleaned condensate trap, as well as flushed condensate lines and inspected pressure switch tubing. Filter looked decent, gas pressure tested within range in first and second stage. Temperature rise between return and supple also tested within factory range, inspected all wiring for any faults, none found at this time.
