Disappointed. Very very over priced they changed their original quote from a little over 3000 to 12,000 would not recommend this company
Thank you for installing a new furnace today! You guys are always great😄
Tyler did an awesome job fixing our furnace was very polite and professional
Jaun, was very professional and knowledgeable.
Jacob came to my home, on time, and immediately got to the root of my problem, fixed it, then helped explain what it is I need to do to maintain my system up and running. I was very impressed with his most friendly personality and knowledge of HVAC. I consider myself very lucky to have gone with family heating and air. Money well spent!
Excellent service. No attempt to sell me something I didn't need.
We’ve been using Family Heating & Air for 13 years. They have always given us top notch service that is honest and reliable.
As always Family Heating and Air does a great job!

Replaced blower wheel. Installed humidifier. All that’s left is to go through the wall and attach to the water line in the laundry room.
B2 Clean & Check Service Cleaned and Tested heating system. Blower motor is leaking oil, needs to be replaced. The blades on the wheel are starting to accumulate debris and oil residue. Heat exchanger has some questionable spots that will keep checking. Everything is working well at this.
Called out for water leak in furnace room. Plumber was out and said it was related to the furnace/flue. Water pan for water heater is full of water and underneath has moisture- possible crack in pan or adapter for water heater drain line. Pulled off shield to water heater and found more water Internally on shelf and seam of water heater is rusted indicating water heater is leaking. No water streaks are on top of water heater or around furnace/furnace water safety pan. Went in attic and verified flashing was secure for flue and found no water streaks indicating flashing was loose. Addressed second issue of low airflow to NW bedroom. Airflow is present but cfm is low, unable to access ductwork to that room due to space constraints in attic.
Upstairs furnace Pulled and clean blower wheel. Replaced blower motor. Cleaned coil in place. Tested system everything is running well at this time Basement furnace Pulled and clean blower wheel. Cleaned coil in place. Tested system everything is running well at this time.
Homeowner stated master bedroom upstairs had higher airflow then other areas as well as it being hotter upstairs. Equipment is not zoned or variable speed. Thermostat is located downstairs and will cause upstairs to be hotter as heat rises and thermostat is satisfying the demand of the downstairs where it is located. Inspected all accessible ductwork in attic and did not find any kinks or broken ductwork. Airflow os present in all bents, cfm is higher on runs closest to air handler. Advise dampering down vents where airflow is higher to force air into other areas. 1st floor ductwork is between finished ceiling and 2nd floor and not accessible. Performed second opinion call. Upon arrival, Inspected components noted by previous company. Hot surface igniter has no visible signs of wear and is testing in range at 15.7ohms cold, flame sensor was worn- cleaned off and no visible signs of cracking or wear are present, dcv is steady. Inducer motor whined slightly on startup but is not making any abnormal noises indicating bearing failure and is testing below max amp draw of 1.75A @ 1.58. Temp split is 52° ( rated 45-75.) Evaporator coil does have substantial formicary corrosion but channels are clear of debris. System is operating within manufacturer specs at this time.
Cut out return hole
Replaced wheel on air Handler and installed humidifier
System tripping hpco in both first and second stage heat pump operation. Manually drived eev open and pressures dropped. Suction line transducer jumping on ohm reading after running for a while. Last check had sensor at .3ohms and 95psig, for that pressure level, ohm reading should be at 1.4ohms. Ordered new transducer and temp sensor. Recommend adding surge protection to condenser
Heatpump is low on r22. Compressor is also pulling high amps. With Agee of system I recommend looking into replacement
