Called for no heat, System was off on arrival. Turned heat on, ignition occurred. Monitored system for about 10 minutes until fault E09 was displayed indicating inducer/condensate switch open. Isolated down to condensate pressure switch. Removed condensate trap and cleaned, cleared all hoses and verified proper drainage. Reduced condensate drain line dropping into pump to be above float line. Monitored system for additional 30 minutes until 68° setpoint was achieved with no faults encountered. Filter is dirty and recommend changing asap, heating cycle is very contingent on airflow and filter obstruction will cause issues as system runs more due to cold weather. Purchased new membership with today as first visit to keep labor/parts warranty active.
