Ken and his team were exceptional - very professional, communicative, clean and tidy workspace, took care to explain the entire process in detail before starting and during the entire job. They installed a small duct high velocity system for AC and a cast iron radiator system for heat. I couldn’t speak more highly on their quality of work, and would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.
I have been without AC for two years. Casey responded very promptly to my request for an in home evaluation. He was very informative, professional, knowledgable and honest regarding my immediate as well as future system options. I was given the bottom line price and scheduled a service appt. immediately. Casey and Chad arrived as scheduled, put protective floor cloths down and worked basically non stop. They were GREAT and at the end of the day I had a wonderfully working new system. My experience with Field's began at the initial visit to give me a price quote. Casey arrived on time, listened to my situation and ultimately provided me with several options. When they arrived to install the new furnace they were again on time and fully equipped to do the job. The installation actually took less time than estimated. They even were very patient with answering all my questions during the installation.

Thank you. As you already know, the Dynatherm was a very efficient boiler and way ahead of its time. Today, there are not many people who know how service them but since Casey is the third generation of service tech at FSI, he has been taught the ins and outs of that system. The saying goes "The job is not finished until the cleanup is done" and we live by that rule.
From the moment they answered the phone to finding the problem and fixing my steam boiler I felt like they cared and my problem was theirs. The technician answered all my questions and took the time to explain how my system works and let me know what I need to keep an eye on to prevent future issues.

I was nervous at the thought of having to replace my entire boiler. Field Service was one of three companies to come to the house to survey and give me a price. I was more nervous after getting visits and quotes from the first two companies. I had a good feeling however, about Field Service instantly after reviewing their website. I called and made an appointment with Ken to survey. Ken was extremely accommodating while making the appointment to fit into my schedule. Ken was on time for the appointment and very friendly. I was impressed with how knowledgeable he was about his industry and how he listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I received my quote from Ken quickly, and it was in my ballpark. I felt more at ease. I had a few other questions through the quote process that he was quick to answer. Once we signed, Ken was again very accommodating with scheduling that fit into my schedule. Ken confirmed the installation the day before and told me what time to expect Casey. Casey showed up a few minutes early and was just as friendly as Ken. I was impressed by how he was already well informed about my house, my existing system, and how to proceed with the replacement before even coming in to see it. We went over the scope of work in just a few minutes and he jumped right in. While taking apart our old system, he was extremely thorough with showing me signs of how my old system was failing and how it would most likely have suffered a catastrophic failure during this heating system. I was shocked with how quickly he had our old system apart and was piping for the new. In a very short time, he was refilling our new system and ready to fire it up. Casey was great! Very knowledgeable, extremely neat and clean during the entire installation. I had imagined rusty water all over the walls and floor but not at all. Casey was a true professional all the way through. Price was as quoted. No changes or surprises. They replaced more piping and fittings than I had thought they would have. The install looks as great as the system works!! Very happy to have selected Field Service for our replacement. We will gladly call them for annual service as well as having them come and install our central air system.
