Ken, Just wanted to reach out to you now that it has been almost a full year with the new boiler system in place and let you know how thrilled my wife and I are with it. I felt it would be best to wait to compile as much raw data as possible to quantify how much we are saving currently. As of my prior year's oil consumption with our outdated oil boiler, we paid $2510 for heat and hot water. That was keeping the house quite chilly and suffering with inadequate tempering of hot water because of our lack of water heater. In just about one year, we've only used $736 worth of natural gas and my best guess for a calendar year based on prior usage, approx $1236. That is an incredible cost savings, not to mention our house is kept 5 to 7 degrees warmer on average and we have temperate and abundant hot water for showers! As far as the overall service was concerned, I was very impressed with the project from beginning to end. Since I shopped around with several quotes, yours came in very competitively for a top of the line model and you were by far the most professional and promptest in responding to all of our questions. My wife and I greatly appreciated all the efforts Casey and his assistant put forth to ensure we were only without heat for several hours, which was a lifesaver considering the installation was in January. They were both very prompt and courteous and did an awesome job installing the system and cleaning up after the job was done. I also appreciate how quickly Casey came back out in September to add another gas line for our newly purchased gas stove. My wife and I both agree our conversion from an oil boiler to gas boiler was easily the best decision we've made since purchasing our home and we'll enjoy the warmth and savings for years to come.
