Customer stated that unit came on 3 times today by itself, and she would turn it off with the remote, a few hours later it did it again, customer changed batteries in remotes and reset remotes, remotes don’t have any timers or connected to any apps, cycled systems in both heat and AC and shut down unit 5 minutes in between testing systems, watched unit for a hour didn’t turn on by itself, spoke with tech support on matter Case# 553591 had me cycle systems and tech support hasn’t seen this happen before, so customer is going watch it for a couple days and if it does again she will journal times it does and repor back to us in a few days.
