Service for kitchen line backed up (sink filled with water) in apartment 3A. On location, neighboring apartment (4A) was also experiencing a complete blockage in his sink. All rental apartments at this location are owner by one owner. Owner was contacted by tenant of 4A about blockage. Pumped water out of sink from 3A which also caused sink of 4A to drain. The sink of 4A was draining into 3A causing it to overflow. 3A is a vacant apartment under renovation. Due to the blockage, water damage was caused under sink and cabinet. Pictures taken. Contacted owner who is aware of the situation in vacant apartment 3A. Snaked kitchen line of apartment 3A. This cleared the line of both apartments which are “in line†drainage wise. Due to the damage in 3A, drain was disconnected and sealed with a 2†no hub cap to prevent any additional water from draining into cabinet. Enzyme drain solution was applied in the drain of 4A and tenant was advised of ongoing usage to further ope
