Cleaned and serviced oil boiler. Brushed and vacuumed heat exchanger. Inspected three zone valves, expansion tank, 2 air vents, fill valve, low-water cut off, circulator pump, and relief valve. Replaced oil filter, pump strainer, and burner nozzle. Performed combustion and efficiency test. Tested unit. System operational.
