Completed annual clean and service of one gas fired furnace. Removed and cleaned flame sensor. Examined heat exchanger for any signs of cracks or rust spots. Adjusted gas pressure from 3.74 to 3.5. Examined and tested all safety switches within system. Recommend duct cleaning. Unable to perform combustion analysis due to not being able to access flue due to the flue exiting the side of apartment building.
