Cleaned and serviced propane high efficiency boiler. Cleaned and cleared condensate trap from sludge and dirt. Cleaned igniters and flame sensor. Tested condensate pump. Tested both zones, both circulators working normally all pipes supply/return coming back hot. Tested gas pressure. Checked all electrical components and wiring. Wiped down and cleaned all parts and boiler. Took combustion reading and placed results on service tag. No issues to report system is running normally.
