Customer couldn’t get veins to move on unit or increase fan speed, powered unit off and waited five minutes turned power on and raised temperature, turned fan to high outer veins moved but under fins have to manually be changed unit does not have a setting for wide vane unlike downstairs unit, took delta t reading which was 33 degrees, system operational and working.
