Customer had no AC on second floor, hear air ha deer on but blowing very little air, went into attic to find suction line and bottom of coil frozen solid, filter wasn’t plugged changed filter for customer she provided, will need to return to figure out why system froze turned system off to thaw off, also we were here yesterday for first floor for clogged condensate trap and customer still had water on floor which is more likely from bottom of return plenum which had water in bottom of it, put down towel to soak up water and for customer to check again in morning.
