I chose to use a local business that I have several contracts with in the purchase of a new furnace. After spending $8,500 I wish I had kept my 31 year old that worked fine. Just 2 months and a nightmare installation debacle later, and now a zone board that should have been replaced with new furnace (I was never given option would have said yes) but wasn’t, has heated house to 106 degrees consuming 1/4 tank of oil, was replaced , then , I spent another stressful day with no heat on a bitter cold day since it was the wrong board. Once again, pleading for a technician and being told I should just wait quietly as directed and it would get fixed. Except it didnt. Now I have to spend 4 days awaiting order of new zone panel that will actually synchronize and work with mine, hopefully! The technicians like Noah are very nice. Except for Nicole and Margaret I was treated rudely by the Customer service and office staff who think it is their duty to treat customers who support their business with much disrespect letting them know they are being a nuisance. No empathy here folks!
