Unit not getting any power from thermostat, customer had insulation separated in attic from her contractor and found emergency float switch pinched under insulation, resecured float switch to emergency pan and unit came right on, no error codes at air handler or thermostat, let system run for 20 minutes and took delta t reading which was at 30 degrees, also changed return filter that was plugged from construction in home 14x14x1. Customer was not home only contractor will need to bill customer.
