Folkes arrived on 01/17/2022 for no water. Upon arrival customer stated that they had no water. I started by checking for power. The unit had power. After inspecting the switch everything was working properly. I’ve been tested the wires going to the well. I got a little resistance reading which means that there’s a short in the wire. I then went outside and tested everything from outside and I also got a shorted wire. It means that the pump needs to be replaced. I left an estimate to replace the pump the customer agreed. We are going to move forward with the pump tomorrow. I thin think the customer for choosing Folkes and left.
