Folkes arrived 01/17/2021 for a leaking water heater. Upon arrival the water heater was leaking from the top. I let the customer know that the water heater needs to be replaced.customer agreed to replace the water heater. We will return tomorrow we will be draining and disconnecting the water heater. We will replace the pan as well as replace the expansion tank. I then thanked the customer for choosing folkes and left.
