Customer is selling home and inspector said no heat was being produced to second floor, turned thermostat on and air handler came on but pipes weren’t getting warm, went to boiler and upstairs zone which is zone 5 was calling for heat, boiler came on let boiler get up to temperature and tested circulator making a lot of noise , tested all zone two and three which everything was working, zone 5 needs a new circulator pump customer has replaced this pump in the past he will get pump and replace himself.
