No heat 2nd Floor, found low voltage wiring from thermostat crossed with basement zone at zone valves, customer stated he had another company come out and they messed with his low voltage wiring, also customer wanted tech to replace his air vent which he supplied for boiler, replaced, tested all zones, system operational.
