Folkes arrived on 09/16/2021 for a problem with the drain and the 3 toilets. Upon arrival I looked at all 3 toilets and noticed that the fill valves were all maxed out and adjusted them to the correct position and tested them. All toilets are working fine at this time. I then looked at the tub drain and realized that the spring in the drain went bad. I recommended replacing the push drain and the customer agreed. We will have to order the part and return. I then thanked the customer for choosing folks and left.
