warranty comfortnet thermostat return to shop to process warranty 9/23/21 Installed new thermostat as well as back plate. Programmed thermostat for use with heat pump and outdoor sensor. Programmed time and date. Tested on cooling mode to set temperature, thermostat is now communicating properly and shutting down when set temperature is reached. Also tested in heating mode. Thermostat also communicated well with system in heat mode. System operational.
