Folks arrived on 08/24/2021 for a leaking kitchen sink and leaking bathroom sink. Upon arrival the kitchen sink was leaking by the handle when it was turned on. I let the customer know that the cartridge could be changed but it isn’t a guaranteed fix. Custer is going to get a new kitchen faucet and we will come back to install. I also looked at the bathroom faucet and there is a slow drip. I said the same thing. Customer is going to hold off for now and replace the bathroom faucet in the future. Customer will call us back when she buys the new faucet. I then thanked the customer for choosing folks and left.
