A lot of lineset is underground. Also need to see why arris unit is so follow service call needs to be set for Tuesday. Arrived Tuesday 8/25/21. The second floor unit BCU-5 has a burnt out contactor relay on the air handler. Spoke with N&S to get pricing and availability on the part. Waiting for a call back from Rob. Went downstairs to one of the first floor systems to find the belt very loose. The belt is the wrong size. Spoke with many hvac suppliers and even auto parts stores to search for the belt. Earliest we can get it is tomorrow morning from Hopewell auto. Amy will be picking up the belt Thursday morning at 9am for us to install it.
