Found boiler running properly. Reached temperature and pressure is at 20 psi. Found that the first and second floor share the same zone. Explained to customer that once the thermostat is satisfied for the first floor the heat will shut off therefore not getting anymore heat for second floor. Need to reach out to give customer estimates on options.
