Service for sound from shower faucet: Arrived to customers home. Customer led me to the bathroom in the hallway. Customer says the shower makes a terrible sound when being used. Ran the tub and then turned on the shower. Ran for 15 mins and found no issues. Kholer faucet is about 4 years old. Everything is working properly with no leaks. Told the customer there was nothing to worry, that the shower does no pose any danger. Asked the customer if they’d like a water quality test but declined. Asked the customer if there was any other issues. Customer says here house was renovated 4 years ago. Charged the customer an evaluation fee. Paid with a card. Customer has a MA.
