Service to replace sewage ejector pump on outside pit after septic tank. Pump replaced and new pump running. The water level in the pit was not lowering. It appeared that the sewage line pipe after the ejector pump was completely stopped. After pump was turned off, pressurized water shot back towards pit from the outside of the sewage line. New pump was unplugged at this time to prevent it was burning out as last pump most likely did due to the clogged line. Owner as advised that we will be here Monday to investigate the line further to determine the origin of the problem. Estimate provided to customer to sign. 11-15-21 return trip to diagnose the leech system to find out why the septic is not draining. We installed a new sewer pump back in august because the old one burnt out. Customer does not stay at the house full time and has another home in California.
