Customer had no heat coming from ductless units in basement and sun porch, noticed veins open and green light not on, went to condensers which were not running, tested incoming voltage from disconnect and had no power, found tripped breaker for condensers, reset breaker and lights on indoor units came on, turned heat on, let units warm up to take delta t reading which was 35 degrees, checked pressures which were normal, also just let customer know units sit right under deck and with snow melting is dripping right on unit so let customer know to put a piece of wood on top of unit with mall over hang so water does not get inside unit, all three indoor units operational and working.m
