This is the bio one product Folkes arrived on 12/3/2021 for a sewer smell in one of the bathrooms. Customer explained that there is a smell coming from the one bathroom. I recommended that we start by cleaning all the drains out with bleach and then using bio one. If that doesn’t work then we will try re sealing the toilets. If that doesn’t work we will then start locating the main line in the wall and seeing if there is a crack. I then thanked the customer for choosing folkes and left.
