Service for leaking bar/ice sink. Inspected and observed that ice sink was leaking; and also piped directly into a 1†drain line. Board of health requires such drain to be piped indirectly to prevent waste water contamination from contacting the ice in bar sink. Estimate provided to remove unsanitary direct drain; and replace with new indirect drain at base of ice sink; then replace the 1†drain line back to the drainage tie in. Will also cut out the two drainage TY connections and replace with new. All drainage work will bring up to board of health requirements. New indirect drain installed and new 1 1/2 drain line run back to 2†drain pipe in floor.
