James and his trainee, Arthur, were at my home less than 20 minutes. When I told James that my units were cooling fine but noisier than usual, he quickly diagnosed that it was a capacitor issue. The capacitor was removed and tested to be very weak. James went to truck to retrieve a new one which he installed and tested and waited for unit to resume satisfactory operation. I’m out $296 but very pleased with the service call and the result. Thanks to Force and James!!
