there was nothing awesome about the price $252 for approx 1 hr of service. was also told when I scheduled the appointment that only time i could get it was for Feb 28 as they were booking others in my area and my time was 8:30 am and the service person didn't arrive until 8:50 am then I asked how many he had in my area that day and he told me I was the only one. now quite often my heat pump is making noises like its draining or something have no idea why . I asked about it draining and was told that it only happens when on air conditioning mode well that is why I don't have the unit in my bedroom turned on as I don't want to hear it draining well I don't have it on air conditioning so why I have no idea.

Brennen was excellent. He provided solutions for both the continuous cool air coming from the overhead air ducts and cleaning the air filter for the attic air cleaner. Both solutions have made the heat pump and air cleaner much more comfortable and easy to maintain. These were major concerns of mine. The house is much warmer and it is nice not to have a continuous cool wind on my shoulders. He answered all the questions and I didn't feel like he was trying to get out of the door.

The technicians were to arrive at 8:30 but after receiving a phone call that they would be delayed until 9:00, they arrived at 9:30. They were courteous and respectful and did there job. Since I don't understand the technical aspects of their work and did not watch them do their job I don't think I can comment on the quality of the service. I feel that the cost of the hour long service at $252 is definitely too high and may result in me avoiding it next year.
